A call to local community organisations…
In my role as a Parish Councillor, I am helping to arrange the sixth Pevensey Parish Council Information Day which is planned for Saturday, 28 April 2018 from 10am until 1pm. This event is for local, voluntary and non profit making organisations. Exhibitors will be able to get in to set up from about 9am.
The event has grown each year and last year we had over 40 organisations represented. Not bad for two small villages! There are over 50 invited!
You may have attended a previous information day for an organisation that you are involved with and we hope that you or a representative from your organisation can attend the next one. It does give you all a chance to meet each other and locals also have a chance to find out what is going on in the area. As before, we will be using both St Wilfrid’s Church Hall and the upstairs of the Baptist Church Hall opposite; both in Pevensey Bay. You will be provided with a small table. Please note that for space reasons you will only have about 3 foot for your table and any stands. We shall provide refreshments.
If you are involved with a community organisation please put in your diaries now and let me know if you will be able to come. Please also state if you will need a car parking space and also if you or your representative has any mobility needs. Please also provide the name, telephone number and email address (if possible) of the person attending. If you represent or are involved with more than one organisation, please provide details of each one in your reply.
If anyone can think of an organisation that should have been asked, please let me know.
Do ring me if you have any questions. Nearer the time I will be letting you know where you will be sited.
